Shakhtar Donetsk CEO Sergei Palkin has revealed that he is in talks with the club over the sale of star midfielder Georgiy Sudakov.

The 22-year-old has been in impressive form for the Ukrainian side this season, scoring 13 goals and providing six assists in 34 games, and is reportedly being link with a move to Napoli and Brentford.

Palkin told Ufabet Sport สนใจสมัคร? คลิกที่นี่เพื่อเริ่มต้น about Sudakov: “We are in talks. I can’t give you the exact figures, but I believe we are close to closing the deal on good terms.”

“If we can’t reach an agreement at the moment, there’s another one. I’m not worry about making an agreement with Sudakov. He’s one of the best players in the world in this position.”

“He can go to Italy or England. We have contacts, there is interest in him, as in the case of Mykhailo Mudryk. If he is not sold today, it will happen tomorrow. It is only a matter of time.”

The same report insists that the ‘current club’ in negotiations are Napoli.

A product of the Shakhtar Donetsk youth academy who has spent his entire career at the club, the 22-year-old scored two goals with one assist in eight Champions League appearances this season.

Napoli should have more spending money this summer after securing qualification for the Champions League, plus selling Khvicha Kvaratskhelia to Paris Saint-Germain at a huge profit.
