Erik ten Hag, manager of Manchester United, hinted that the weekend game against Burnley (April 27) will likely see midfielder Mason Mount, once he is fit, return to the team again.

The last time Mount played was in a 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, then he disappeared from the active squad for the last two matches because of a muscle problem.

The reserve list for United’s 4-2 win over Sheffield United yesterday included only two senior midfielders, Scott McTominay and Amrabat.  

Mount last appeared in a short cameo at the end of our 2-2 draw with Bournemouth, and has since been sideline for the Reds’ previous two games.

United are back in Premier League action at Old Trafford this Saturday, where we will host Burnley in a 15:00 BST kick-off.
